So I met this guy Connor this summer at a party, and we immediately hit it off. I was dating someone at the time though, so nothing happened between us. Me and my bf at the time broke up in September. Connor moved to Colorado and I'm in college now. A few months ago he texted me again, and we've texted pretty much everyday since then. We both really like each other but we're 1,300 miles apart. I get attached really easily, and I don't wanna get hurt again. I just really don't know what to do.. x

Nobody ever believes long distance relationships will work. Its hard making the choice to do it. I'm in a long distance relationship with my best friend whom I fell for whilst we were both living in Melbourne. He moved away to Queensland, and now were two states apart. I miss my best friend more than anything everyday. We have officially been going out for 15 months. I commend you and others who decide to take the challenge. Its so worth it!

okay so i like this guy and he lives 6 hours away and im only 16 this year so going to see him isnt a possibility! my friends say it isn't worth it but he is actually the most amazing guy, i have been through some rough times at home and he has been the only person to help me through them and i can't imagine my life without him! i only see him about 4 times a year through sport. i dont know what to do :/ please help! xx

if hes special to you and you guys talk all the time i think it’s defs worth it. If you guys have skype you should skype eachother to see eachothers faces. 4 times a year isnt a lot but its enough to make things work. Give it a try!

so i like this guy ALOT and he shows signs that he likes me too, but i dont know what to think because his best friends just keep telling me that hes not ready for a relationship because he just got out of a serious one, but he tells me that shes finally out of his mind. What do i do?

my boyfriend is leaving for basic training for the air force on march 20th, after that, he's going to tech school in texas. i won't see him at all for the most part through all of it, which will last several years. i'm terrified because i don't know how i'll deal with him not being around any more. i love him with all my heart. he means, literally, the world to me. i feel somewhat hollow every time i think about him leaving. we want to stay together long distance, any advice?
